All body parts which are extensively used in playing soccer are exercised thoroughly so that they become strong enough to handle the roughness of the sport.

This part of the training process involves aerobic and anaerobic training training. Players are expected to spend long distance work, dribbling, and endurance tests. Now the player is ready to handle sports pressure and is ready to take on training for soccer skills. Finally, the player the coach will focus on the development of the player’s mental condition, so that he or she is responsible to handle The Game in every respect.

When carrying out soccer drills and workout, it is necessary that player follow the routines prescribed as this will only bring in optimal effect.
